These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Forever Social platform, operated via Social Forever Card. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Description

Forever Social is a web-based platform that enables users to manage social media content by connecting their Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts through authorized Meta APIs.

The platform allows users to:

• Connect social media accounts they own or manage

• Publish posts and videos

• View engagement metrics such as likes and comments

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
By using Forever Social, you confirm that you have the authority to manage and publish content on the connected social media accounts.

3. Account Registration

Users create accounts using email and password.
Connecting Facebook or Instagram accounts is optional and requires explicit user authorization.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes

• Violate Meta Platform Policies or applicable laws

• Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization

• Circumvent platform security or usage limits

Forever Social reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Forever Social is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or changes imposed by third-party platforms.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Users may disconnect social media accounts or request data deletion at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forever Social is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content

• Service interruptions

• Actions taken by third-party platforms

• Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local and international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
